Business Consultants Associacion makes big complains regarding the last-minute changes to the conditions for accession to the Action 'Upgrade very small & small businesses leaving out investments who applied for and ultimately pay the cost in money and time, where submitting proposal.

For this reason,Business Consultants Associacion informs the competent Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism, with the following letter that it intends to appeal to the courts if not withdrawn amend the eligibility conditions even retrospectively.
